Christine Cloutier is a passionate abstract artist, originally from Quebec's Gaspe Peninsula, based in Kelowna since 2003. She paints intuitively in the present moment, allowing God to guide her innermost feelings through artistic expression.
She has taken part in group shows and art projects such as 'La Route des Arts' and 'Artistic discoveries' with fifteen other French artists from British Columbia. The CCAFCB (French Artistic Council of BC) commissioned these initiatives to enhance public awareness of the artists' work and engage the community to participate in artistic events.
She enjoys providing art lovers with unique experiences through live painting at various events such as the Rendez-vous de la Francophonie in Kelowna, Art Battle 2019 in Kelowna, and, most recently, the Finding Your Voice women's conference in Saskatchewan.
Christine Cloutier's 'A New Era' Exhibition was exhibited at the French Cultural Center in Kelowna in August 2021, and at the Kelowna Library during Culture Month in October 2021. She took part in the ARTWALK 2021 'Take it Outside' in Lake Country.

I felt a need to release what singing could not do for me because art is visual
